Here's Hoping Everyone had a wonderful Holiday Season! The weather has been pretty good to us. Cool enough to keep us inside sewing but not so cool that we can't get out and see what's going on in the local shops or getting together with your favorite quilting buddy/group.
I have been looking over the calendar for this year and it's going to be a fun and busy year. We will be participating in several local Quilt Guild Shows in the area, so I hope to see you there. We have Quilt Market in Kansas City and we always get great ideas to bring back to you for the remaining of the year. We have the Kansas City Regional Quilt Show - which offers all kinds of inspiration. We will continue to build classes and bring in new products to share to keep you going... and going... and going!
Tapestry by Wing and a Prayer starts in March with Rich and deep tones, Summer Moon, by Carrie Nelson of It's Sew Emma offers light and whimsy, starts in May, and Kim Diehl's Simple Whatnots 8 and Geese in the Meadow Block of the Month - starting this month. Rich and traditional fabrics. There's something for everyone!
We have Garden Sampler Class with kit which is using MODA Fabrics by Sherri and Chelsie - Clover Hollow, The supporting class will meet each Thursday 9a - Noon to complete in a 3 month period Starts January 17. (Serger not necessary to take class).
