Well, here we are at the first day of Spring and we actually have blue skies and the possibility of "SUNSHINE!"  That's a pretty exciting way to kick-off Spring.  Around here - we are kicking off Spring with a Tuesday Sew-in and Nancy will be giving a demonstration on cutting and assembly of the Block 2 - Blue Skies.  In addition, we have the Welcome Spring Bench Pillow Class on Friday!  In this class you can bring your regular sewing machine or your Embroidery Machine to learn the basics of Machine Applique.  Make sure to check out the details below.

Spring brings out the beginning of festivals and City's Edge will be attending a Show in Warrensburg this coming weekend "Quilt Among Friends" at First Christian Church 101 E. Gay St. Warrensburg, MO. We will have some special pricing on Janome Sewing Machines at this show so if you are interested in a new sewing machine - The Skyline S-5  and 6700 will be set up on site for you to peruse. Other machine specials will be available. Come by and see me. 
Then in April we have the Spring Gathering in Stover.  So much inspiration to be shared at these events.  I hope to see you at one of them.

Did you know?  We have set up evening classes on Tuesday Evenings - pass the word for those that can't make classes during the week days. This is a trial to see if there is evening interest.
