LN-Quilt: Kaleidoscope Pinwheel Stack n Whack
Have you always wanted to try your hand at making a kaleidoscope design? Lois will walk you through the basics of rotary cutting for the kaleidoscope effect using the techniques by Bethany Reynolds and author of the "Magic Stack n Whack Quilts" book.
We will be working on the throw size of 50" x 72" (8 Blocks) but with a little homework you could make it larger 85x106 (18 Blocks).
Fabrics available at City's Edge with a 10% Discount for class. Book Required.
Quilt uses just 3 fabrics.
* Focus Fabric (repeat of design determines fabric needs.) used for blocks and one border.
* Background Fabric: Throw: 3 yards Queen 4 3/4 yards
* Accent Border: Throw 3/8 yard Queen: 1 3/8 yards
