LN-Quilt: Convex Illusions Class - Cancelled
Convex Illusions is easier than it appears using strip piecing and simple construction techniques. The combination of shapes and shades creates the dramatic 3D optical illusion. This is the same quilt as "Poppin' In", with the center created in reverse. This quilt pattern is for the confident beginner. Finished size 60" X 60".
Supplies Needed:
1/4 yd eight fabrics shaded light to dark OR eight fat quarters
NOTE: It is very important to have a VERY dark and a VERY light fabric
2/3 yd light fabric for center area
2 1/2 yd dark fabric for center area and outer borders
2/3 yd fabric for binding
1/4 yd fabric for hanging sleeve
Backing fabric - at least 62" x 62"
Batting - at least 62" x 62"
