Supplies:
Fabrics: • Assorted pre-cut appliqués – see pattern for sizes o Top Panel – 4.5” x 2” o Middle Panel – 4.5” x 3.5” o Bottom Panel – 4.5” x 1” o Flower and Leaves – 4” x 5”

Cardstock: o White Front – 4.5” x 6.5” o Folded Card – 5” x 7”

Stabilizers: • 1 piece OESD Heavy Weight Tear Away 10” x 15” or large enough to hoop • 1 sheet OESD Appliqué Fuse & Fix
