Rope Bowl
Complete a fun and trendy bowl using cotton clothesline cord. We will be adding a fabric art panel to the bottom of the bowl.
Project can be completed entirely on a domestic sewing machine if desired.
We will discuss the necessary items to make a fabric base bowl, how to adjust machine, tools used and various ways to add your own decorative touches.
Supplies:
Shape Flex
100’ Rope,
fabric scrap 1.5” x WOF x 2,
Sewing machine that can sew a zig-zag stitch
Zig-Zag foot for machine/Zig Zag plate
Cotton thread - 50 weight
Needle size: 90 - 100 (or jeans needle)
Straight pins/Wonder clips
At least 2 wound bobbins
Sharp scissors
water saluable pen
