Quilters Patch 6 - Honeysuckle
Join us as we utilize Edyta Sitar's "Quilter's Patch" Quilt Book to create individual projects like wall hangings, table topper and pillow tops or to create your own Garden Quilt. You can take this as an individual class or as part of a series to learn new skills and techniques or just to get a refresher. Each class will offer something new and if you like some blocks and terchniques better than others, you can pick and choose how to grow your own personal garden quilt. If you can't make one session it's ok - each session can stand on it's own to learn a specific technique or skill.
This class is all about the 60 degree trianglel Learn how to use and cut with templates, identify bias edges and how to use in your block, how to make bias strips, machine applique, pressing, how to nest your seams and reduce bulk within the seams as we begin the process to make flowers in each block. How to square up a block with uneven sides. (Some homework necessary for completion).
